Idaho Vital Records Information

The state of Idaho has marriage records starting May 1947. Marriage records prior to 1947 can be located in the county where the license was issued.
Earlier divorce records can be found in the county where the divorce was granted. |

Canyon County Historical Society and Museum

Western States Marriage Records

The database holds around 250,000 entries of extractions by the Family History Center in Rexburg, Idaho. Students in the Special Collection area of Ricks College McKay Library continually key into the electronic database each week.
